Once an order is confirmed, Twak Healthcare Pvt Ltd does not accept refund or return requests due to the personal nature of our wellness and skincare products. However, in the following situations, we are happy to work with our customers to find a fair and satisfying solution.
In case of damaged products:

- Your order number
- Image of the invoice
- One photo of the outer packaging
- Two clear images of the damaged product
Once verified, we will promptly arrange a replacement or offer a suitable resolution. Our support team will respond within 24 hours and guide you throughout the process.
In case of missing products:
Notify Twak Healthcare within 5 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
We will respond within 24 hours and assist you in resolving the issue. While we do not issue refunds in such cases, we will be happy to resend the missing item.
In case of spoiled products:
Please inform us within 5 days from delivery via email or WhatsApp.
Mention your order number and date of packaging or manufacture, and include clear images or video of the spoiled item.
As our products are naturally crafted, variations in texture, color, or aroma may occur. These are not considered defects. We will thoroughly investigate and, if necessary, replace the product to ensure a fair outcome.
